SMS Program — Internal Meeting Agenda Service
Program Overview
Vanguard Resources operates an internal SMS (text-messaging) service used by authorized Vanguard employees, members of our Senior Leadership Team, the company owner, and a small number of pre-approved business contacts including our CEO’s professional executive coach. Enrolled users text meeting agenda items to a single Vanguard-owned phone number. The system acknowledges each submission and emails formatted meeting agendas to participants.
This form’s sole purpose is opting in to receive SMS messages.
Vanguard Resources does not condition any product, service, employment, contract, transaction, purchase, or business relationship on submitting this form or on consenting to receive SMS messages. Consent to SMS is entirely voluntary and is the only thing this form does.
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages from Vanguard Resources, simply do not submit this form. No further action is required and nothing else is affected by your choice.
Who Is Enrolled
- Vanguard Resources employees who participate in the Senior Leadership Team meeting
- Members of the Senior Leadership Team
- The owner of Vanguard Resources
- A small number of pre-approved business contacts (including the CEO’s professional executive coach)
The total enrolled population is approximately fifteen individuals at any time.
SMS Opt-In Request Form
Submitting this form requests enrollment in Vanguard’s internal SMS agenda service. SMS consent is voluntary. Vanguard’s CEO reviews every request personally and will contact you to confirm whether you have been added to the service. No SMS messages are sent to your number until enrollment is explicitly confirmed. No other service, product, or business relationship is conditioned on this consent.

The service responds only when you initiate a message; it does not send unsolicited messages.
Required Disclosures
Message frequency. Varies based on how often you submit items. Generally a few messages per week. The service responds only when you initiate a message.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Third-party sharing. Vanguard does not share your mobile phone number with third parties. Your number is used solely to operate this internal service.
HELP and STOP. Reply HELP at any time for the command list. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — all messages stop immediately and your number is removed from the authorized senders list.

- Generates and emails the formatted agenda document to meeting participants.

- Marks the listed items as covered after the meeting.

- Removes an item you submitted.
- HELP
- Shows the full command list.
- STOP
- Opts you out of all messages and removes your number from the service.
Stopping Messages
You may opt out of the service at any time by replying STOP to any message from the service. Your phone number is removed from the authorized senders list immediately and you will receive no further messages. You may also contact the program owner below to request immediate removal.
